What this redesign fixed

The page served as the homepage was not a salon page at all — it was a shipping/parcel-forwarding policy (“All of J2 Hair Salon's orders are shipped from Toronto…”), so a client looking to book a cut found parcel rules instead of the salon. The salon is now the homepage.
That policy contradicted itself — standard shipping was “orders under $100” in its table and “less than $150” in the text below. The contradictory shipping content is gone from the salon's front door entirely.
There was no services list, no prices path, no hours, no booking and no photos of work anywhere in the homepage content. Services, public-listing hours, a map and a working booking form are now on the page.
The only contact on the whole fetched page was an email buried inside a “Damaged Items in Transport” section. Contact is now the first screen: tap-to-call, WhatsApp, email and directions, plus a sticky mobile bar.
The site was served over http; this sample is built for https with a clean, mobile-first layout.

Benchmarks checked: Valentino's Grande Salon, Terra Hair Lounge and Giules & Co. (Whitby salons with booking-led homepages, named services and published hours) — this sample matches that standard in J2's own plum palette and serif type, not a copy of any of them. Photos: real salon trade photography from the QC'd library. No prices or reviews are printed: J2 publishes none on the page Bardia verified, so colour is quoted at booking instead of invented here. Address, phone and hours are from J2's public place listing (found Nov 1, 2026) — they do not appear on the homepage Bardia fetched, so they must be re-verified with the business before any send.
